just sign up on a site like photobucket.com and create an account, then upload your pics there, and use the little "IMG" button on the post page and use the URLs you get from the website

yep, u gotta host them somewhere. Photobucket is good, and if you need to know how to use the vb code, just find a pic in s post somewhere and click the quote button and it will show you the vb code for the pic.
