seems to be working now, although it is still wired the same as it was in the first place. oh well, thx anyway.
One other thing, in the arrangement timeline, there are 3 little pointy tabs, labelled L, P and R. I understand P must stand for Play? or Position? as it moves when you press play. What do L and R stand for and what do they do? |
L and R are the left and right tab positions. You can use these to select (and subsequently preview or export) a section of your track. To set the L and R positions either click and drag them, set their position values using the counter on the Reason Transport module at the bottom, or Ctrl + click (for Left) and Alt + click (for Right). If you activate the Loop On/Off button the track will jump back to the Left pointer when it reaches the Right counter. You can also use these pointers to export a loop. Do this by setting the L and R pointers then selecting "Export Loop As Audio File..." from the File menu.
Hope this helps...
