Easy enough solution is to essentially blackhole the site from your local PC by creating a static name to IP mapping in your hosts file.

Windows users: Open C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts in your favorite text editor. (might be a different path, just search your windows dir for a file called hosts).

*NIX users: Open /etc/hosts in your favorite text editor. (vi!)

Add the line:

127.0.0.1 focusin.ads.targetnet.com

EDIT: Don't do this! Support the TOTA pictar hosting site and click on the ads!
