I got this nice program for winamp which I rip almost all my music off, its called stream ripper, it's so sweet that it separates all the songs and names them from a winamp rip...anyways my problem is i formatted my computer and lost the program...can't find anything like it...last week i just ripped all of trance energy 2005...damn...please help

Yes the tar.gz is in fact the source code you can compile yourself. Winrar should be able extract this type of archive, however you probably don't want this.

If you scroll down, there are a few options for the Win32 platform:

streamripper win32 console.
streamripper winamp 2/5 plugin.
streamripper winamp 3 plugin.
