the fastest??
for old and real goa trance if you can find this album : Dimension 5 - Transdimensional, 145-148 bpm goa trance, with huge melodies in it, especially tracks "Deep space 5D", "Harmonic convergence", "Iron sun", "Utopian dream"...
For more recent fast stuff, check out Texas ******t - Pilluminati **** roll (Exogenic records, 2004), finnish psytrance, weird sound, very fast, but not easy to get it
Otherwise most of Talamasca tracks are fast, for example "Sinaļ", and "Come on" (Come on!!!, Love it! )
PS : I will not recommend you GMS, 1200 mics, and co.
Edit : + here

of course it's a matter of taste, but go ask in a credible psytrance forum, and 80-90% will tell you GMS make poor psytrance, and cheesy. I know tha's not really an argument because 80-90% can be wrong, but honestly if you ask to guys who listened to psytrance during years and years, they will answer that GMS music is so simple, ad noisy, and cheesy, at least it's my opinion...generally the n00bs like GMS, not the old psylovers But if you like it, you like it, I respect that just me and yep you can recommend GMS to social_disgrace, he said he's n00b in this genre at least he will form an opinion about it...
