(psy trance) Aya - Big Badda Boom

Just finished!!!

Aya - Big Bodda Boom

http://organixproductions.com/acidwave.html

145 BPM bouncy fullon track with samples from the 5th Element and Fast times at Ridgemont High... Breaking down with some digerdoo type synth effects and a little bit of classic guitar on mushrooms til the final Big Badda Boom!!!

enjoy!!

Just listened to your track there.
Hmm, interesting, sounds very much psylike to me
Now, I must suggest a couple of things, however, it is your prerogative to mind or not.
I think this box is not filled, (dynamics)
Eq’uing and different samples might help
Remember, when you presenting your gift, wrapped around in a shiny paper and there all sorts of goodies have to be discovered, if some of your elements, lets say you bought them vase as a present. They would be very upset if the vase would be broken, or crushed in pieces, or lets say a little tiny piece would be chipped away from the vase.
You get my point?

thanks for the replies...

not too sure what you mean by the vase thing...
I ran it through a multiband compressor to punch it up...

what frequency on the eq should be brought up or down?

I used the samples cuz I love her voice from the 5th element...
I know the Bruce Willis things a bit silly... good for a laugh though....

most of the noises were planned, couple were random...
tried using some pads... but found they took a bit away from the energy and the groove... so I thinned it out...

thanks for all the feedback.

good or bad...
all welcome...

what i meant was, in general your tune is great
but if i would take each individual element and analyze it, i would come to conclusion that some can be changed in a more positive way, however, there is no song out there that is perfect, and every tune can be changed slightly, therefor, like i said, your tune is great.
in fact i am a big fan of goa/psy, and i've listened to some of your other work, and i must say you really know what you are doing
