i'm pretty sure it causes a reaction with the beer and makes it cascade. Pour it in a glass and see.

bottle or can? Ones a rocket widget and the other is just a ball

It has a combination of beer and nitrous in it. When you POUR THE WHOLE CAN OUT like you should, it releases the nitrous/co2 into the beer giving you a fresh taste. also causes cascade as the heavy bubbles sink to bottom and smaller are pushed up. Thats why you dont drink until cascade is done and you have 1/4 inch thick head. It isnt properly carbed until then.

the rocket widget is NOT FOR POURING! tilt the bottle past parallel to floor to get the rocket widget to shoot some nitro into your beer for a nice fresh mouthful every time! Fromthe glass...should only be THREE lines in the glass when youre done. from bottle...drink at your leisure but make sure you tip it right

and if a bar ever serves you a pitcher of Guinness ask them if they can pour it to you in a glass the right way! Takes about 5 minutes a glass.

I'm not a big fan of the can or bottled Guiness.

Guiness was made to be poured slowly into a glass pint to enjoy its so smooth and so delicious taste.

memo to self: buy more guiness later today at store.
