C'hantal - The Realm, released in 1990.

Yup, Tomy is correct. I have a 1991 release of The Realm and in the credits it says "written produced and arranged by ralph d'agostino, anthony mannino and dennis pino. lyrics by r. d'agostino and a. mannino". I wonder why the vocalist isn't mentioned..

So C'hantal is/are the original performer and author of the lyrics, all the others using them have come out later. Here are the lyrics for teh n00bies:
