Anyone heard if Speedy J, Adam Beyer, Richie Hawtin, Monica Kruz, or Gaetano Parisio, Dave Clarke, Miss Kitten or Marco Bailey coming? We'd really love to see any of them.

Or if there are any other techno events that you've heard of besides the one with Vath, Liebing, Carola, We'd greatly appreciate it

I think Adam Beyer is spinning @Space on the 22nd. As for Dave Clarke, he will never come to the states.

From what I hear he wont play the states. I got some friends that work for some big promoting companys here in Chitown (spundae & Pure). They offered him some huge amount of money to play & his supposed response was "ha, Spundae LA offered me double & my answer was NO to those blokes, so what do you think". The closest he been to the states is Canada & he was in Toronto this past summer. I had a number of friends make the drive to see him.

He most certainly was not. He was slated to play in both Montreal and Toronto, but he cancelled his entire tour at the last possible minute (literally a day and a half before his Montreal gig) because HIS agent could only find two promoters to book him instead of three, so he'd have been making $20,000 instead of $25,000.

Quite possibly the most unprofessional stunt I have ever seen or heard of, and after that I say, fuck Dave Clarke. I won't go see him if he's playing in my neighbour's backyard. Trust me, you guys don't want him in your country.
