you're probly right about Green Velvet, but since he mentioned housey stuff, Green Velvet would likewise fit the requirements methinks. Apparently you've not heard much from W.J. Henze and Toni Rios as the latter's compilation, "Tune In," is all about minimal tech - at least the first CD is. WJ Henze makes straight up techno nowadays, but before he used to make some hard minimal tech, not to mention his amazing Time Splitter EP with Toni Rios, which is anything but straight-up tech..
As for Alexander Kowalski he's much more tech-house...so perhaps he doesn't fit very well...but then again, the person who created the thread may take a liking to that style as well, so who knows...
Also, Pascal's sets, at least some of his older ones, have a lot of minimal techno and tech-house incorporated in his sets...you really ought to hear them as well, wicked stuff...
