but after figuring out what it means, NO its not ever 100% safe
rhythm method is helpful, but not an effective means of contreception

No.

You can make a girl pregnant anytime she is ovulating, regardless of her period status.

Additionally, you can catch STDs anytime there is an exchange of fluids (immediately upon entry).


there is NO time when it is safe to have sex without a condom....didn't you pay attention in sex ed?
