Ulrich Schnauss is gonna be in New York this Wednesday at the Rothko. He'll also be here in April at the Bowery Ballroom. Buy tickets on Ticketweb . The man produces some really nice chill electronic tracks with an occasional groovy break or two. You'll probably know him from Sasha's remix of "On My Own" on Involver. I've never been to the Rothko but this guy's stuff kicks ass. Check out "Suddenly the Trees are Giving Away". Love that track...
Mylo's gonna be at the Rothko on the 23rd. Buy tickets on Ticketweb. I'm not sure if this is the actual British EDM Mylo since I can't find a gig list for him anywhere online but if it is we're in for a damn good time. Sasha, Zabs, and plenty of other djs have been playing his tracks for a while now because they're just so damn danceable and delicious. Sasha actually played his mix of Moby's "Lift Me Up" at Crobar the other day.
Soooo... if you're sick of trance and you wanna broaden your EDM horizons a bit, go check these guys out. It's cheap too!
