Yea I noticed this too. I always thought of Vestax to have cornered the hip hop side of the industry as far as DJ equipment goes. Maybe having Carl Cox's name printed on a new mixer is there attempt to attract DJ's from other types of music. Might be talking complete crap but just a theory
I do have a friend who is debating to himself whether to buy the Xone 92 or the Vestax CX. Owning the 92 myself I strongly advised him to choose that but then again I've never been on the Vestax CX... Wouldnt mind having a go either

Its a shame very few people here have used the wonder that is cx. You would instantly be converted, it is just absolutly the best mixer to dj on period. Most anybody I've met who has tried it beleives this. Assuming me and DjDk are the only people who have used it on this thread, that would be a 100% ratio.
Hell, when I went to try it out I was angry at Vestax, because my pcv275 has been in for repair THREE fucking times, but I know vestax is overall reliable, and feeling this mixer made me come crawling back to them. God it was heaven.

Sorry, DJM 1000 will be the best to mix on in a few months. Easily, it'll own every dj mixer including the xone92, and xone v6
