I appreciate how in most cases (i.e. Vividboy's) they accomplish nothing other than cluttering the screen and providing some mild amusement.

Vivid Boy will never be an D!abolic...
Vivid Boy is amusing/entertaining and provides a great deal of comic relief on this board... and he doesnt enrage the TOTA masses
While, D!abolic was a toolbox who posted riddiculously about riddculous things alot of which we figure was entirely fabricated anyways! He also got on I'd bet almost every single TAs nerves at one point or another (or ALL THE TIME!!! )
