My freind took some Mdma, or at least thats what he thought, i persoanlly am not sure, anyways he has a really dark fucked up trip, runnin all over the place, acting scared, shitty experience. ok.

he still feels shitty and like hes sorta still on the trip, what should he do? ive reccomended sleep and fruit juice, any similar experiences?

he tells me on the phone that he still feels like hes on it a lil bit, just a lil off.

That's crazy...I did MDMA two weeks ago in Montreal. I had such an amazing time that I don't think I realized just how much it affected me till I got home. I did the MDMA on a Monday and was FUCKED. We left Montreal on Tuesday and I felt perfectly normal, I had a good sleep the night before, and had lots to eat. The next two or three days after however, I felt like shit. A little off is exactly how I'd describe the way I felt. I felt like part of me was still in Montreal!! It took the rest of that week to get back to "normal". I've never felt so shitty coming down off drugs, and I never want to again.

jennypie, thanks, that sounds a lot like what hes going through, i told him to give it the week, but its tough with school and all, he just wants to get out.. and he knows hes still partly in, btu cant do anything about it. ive told him to try and think outside the box and reason with himself etc, i just hate seein him like this.

Yeah, give him some time then, he'll probably be ok... MDMA is notorious for causing negativity a little while afterwards and altering your brain chemistry ways which are probably not that good for it; if meth is in a pill as well, it can cause dopaminergic neurotoxicity as well as serotonergic neurotoxicity (the unfortunate side effects of most phenethylamines).

Yea, just stick with him throughout it. When I had a bad trip my friends hung around with me till I pulled myself out of it (or they pulled me out of it) and then it was fine. Listening to some relaxing music helps too.

there is no permanent from taking a gram of mdma, no matter how bad the trip? he has used it maybe 2wice in his life, im just asking to be sure. i wont touch the stuff, but i have to know these things cuz i know a lot of people who do, and i want to feel confident when i tell him it will be over soon.

Yeah I think the only thing really is time. It's so weird when you're in that state...you feel like it'll never go away, like a dark cloud is hanging over your head, even when your thoughts are still positive. Anytime I feel like that, I just listen to some deep soulful bumpy house.

when i come down off that stuff.......i smoke TONS of herb.......ALL DAY. it helps
