I'd be willing to bet they were just working on GR2 so much they decided to postpone it and make it a better release. They said they weren't going to port over GR from the console so it would have a better unique feel to it. I almost think this could be a good thing, this way it will be completely decked out and more non console-ish. But, we'll have to wait and see.
