i have asio4all on and trilogy works fine no latency but as soon i as i export it goes out of time in the mp3 ne1 help?

This is the same problem everyone has with spectrasonics products in FL Studio. It is not FL's fault. There is a way around it (I use it with Atmosphere and it works fine) - Get the Cakewalk VST Adapter and wrap Trilogy as a DXi plug-in (that's what the Cakewalk VST adapter will allow you to do).
Try it. It should work.
