yeah. it's true. it's all about the contacts, do what vice suggested cause his djin' skills are sweet. hopefully a copy of your mix will land into the hands (or ears) of some promoters.but that's jumping ahead.

being 15, spinning in a club might be hard. Try going for rave promoters.

Thanks Lynx!
Trancegeek...I'm working on my latest mix right now. Just trying to finish up which tracks I want to use...I'll let you know when it's done...hopefully I'll find somewhere to store it online.
Peace,

Bro be patient ur only 15 ..u might beatmatch like a champ but i highly doubt u have any live experiance.....bedroom djing and djs in most clubs have big steps to learn before they get residents....first of all live u have to manage ur time on the decks what to play, the feel of the crowd.etc. so many other factors play a role...i advice do small parties , or ast for them to play u for free ....so u get some time with the crowd get ur name out there ...... make demos and give them out does it ...and its all who u know.... become friends with ur local dj scene ..thats helps a lot too.... but ur only 15 still have much time.....im 20 i played in a club few times here in vegas....and im still a beginner and it something u have to get used to ... being able to perform consistantly with other tables and mixers all the time....and managing the time is crutial ...first time i play i was the opener and i had 2 half hours to play well that went by so fast i lost track of time and i couldnt really close my set off as i wanted to with some killer tracks but thats stuff u learn from experiance
