No its not looking good,at the moment France will vote no...
How many countries have to vote?...do all countries have to vote(i dont think they do)in Ireland we have to vote, but it will be some way down the road,no date has been set as yet........
last week 3 different polls showed a lead to the "no" side!
so seems like you were right, i think you were up to something with chirac and his ignorance too. The reason why they vote no is probably because of him, not the constitution! STUPID, i hate refferendums! same thing in the swedish EMU refferendum, people didnt have clue what they voted on, they just voted against it because they didnt like Göran Pärsson or Brussels (which is not even where the ECB is located!!)!

News of a similar nature came from Denmark today. It turns out that only 38% of danes are aware that eating GM-food *will not* alter your own genes. The other 72% ignorant fools were succesful at holding back research into nuclear fission, and now they're doing the same with GM-food. Technocracy *cannot* be worse than this democracy-thing.
