First of all please no one say do a search... I have searched and I know there are a thousand bassline threads for different trance patterns, but what I am looking for something something more specific than just a -x-xx-x- type thing....

I have nearly all the elements of my track done, but I am still missing that driving bass to fill it up... What I am looking for is something similar to this...
Bass Sample

First what is the note sequence of it? Second What parameters, presents, instruments, etc... make that type of sound?

I am running Cubase SX 2.0, z3ta, v-station, vangaurd, triangleII incase you wonder

A Cubase file would be extremely helpful!

Pattern and notes are fairly simple.

A#4 C#4 C#5 A#4
with variations in length


Sound itslef sounds like low pitched filtered supersaw with a little less detune than usual

You could also be doing this with any instrument saws + a detune FX(mda has a free one for that). Id stick with the first option and a lot of EQ tho.

Here you go, using V-station and a bit of cubase EQ

Adjust EQ to your liking, otherwise I think its pretty spot on
for being an unrocessed preset.
