if you listen to the Depeche Mode track, the vocals are different.
Paul van Dyk probably did the vocals for his World In My Eyes. his voice sounds the same as That's Life. this also has nothing to do with Talla 2XLC who released a track with the same name in 2001

McDaid recorded the whole vocal ... you can quite clearly hear them mixed throughout the track.

I heard another track PVD played in Dec with the same german voice of "wir sind wir", it didnt sound like it was english,,,i think he was supposed to work with Peter Heppner again for a tune for the World Cup or something...anyone got any info?

it might have been Wolfsheim - Wundervoll (Blank & Jones Remix-PvD Edit)

paul van dyk will not be working with Peter Heppner but he is working with Peter Gabriel for the World Cup tune
