Quality Inn on Avenue du Parc and Sherbrooke...good price; my buds stayed there when we went in April...also check out hotels.ca may have some spots closer to the Stadium.

That is literally the best place for your money. Nice rooms, and amazingly cheap.

I wouldn't count on that being an easy task.
During thanksgiving weekend, I had to call at least a dozen places before I could find a vacancy. Even then, I paid $90 for a room that was just big enough for a bed and it had a washroom as small as a closet.
