Trance Capital USA

Hello--

Just curious to know if we in the USA have a trance capital. I know it would be quite small in comparison with the scenes in Europe.

From experience, I wouldn't say that is neither New York City nor
San Francisco, but I haven't spent much time in any other cities to compare. I really don't know at all. House music is undoubtedly the dance music of choice in the cities aforementioned. Could it be Miami? I'd like to go a city with the most vibrant trance scene? How about Canadian cities?

I love euphoric trance, but it just seems so out of reach in the USA, apart from the big-time DJ's visiting passing through town once or twice or year.

Why do the Europeans, particularly the Germans, love trance so much?
I've been to Europe several times and I am so amazed by the massive, wicked trance scene.

What gives in the USA in way of trance music?

American

there is only one trance capital: frankfurt

but don't be disheartened, USA already has two of the most important EDM capitals.

Similar question;
why do non europeans think germans like trance
It's all about techno there.

Anyway back to the original question, by line-ups & amount of clubs I'd say NYC.

Frankfurt, Germany is close to the Techno Capital... but I dont really know for sure

as far as the US, alot of midwest places [Minneapolis, Detroit, Chicago] and South Florida, alot of east coast places [Glow in washington]

As well as California, Arizona, and Texas, have a decent scene.

There isnt an exact capital but there are pockets of EDM sects throughout.

Those who would call Boston the US trance capital are way off.

yer all idiots, there is NO official trance capital anywhere. There are a lot of cities that have a lot of trance nights but to say there is a trance capital is ass backwards.

I think no city is pure trance but most cities just want to see big name deejays from any genres.
