Where can i purchace extremely cheap LCD's?

I don't feel comfortable eBaying for some, but where might i be able to buy new, used, or refurbished LCD Flat panel monitors, 15" or 17", for an extremely low cost? it doesn't need to be anything specactular in quality, as i will not be playing games or anything on it, just email etc.

i'd go for the dell 1905FP, infact i was and still am considering this monitor. this monitor is actually a samsung panel. hell with the codes that are up i might just buy it
