After 5 months it's not headline news anymore, but 5,000,000 people in Asia are still homeless.

But rather than focus on the negative, let's focus on what has been and can be done to help. In the immediate aftermath of the tsunami billions of dollars of aid were pledged by governments around the world and most of the major international development agencies mobilized to raise money and send relief workers. Here in Toronto thousands of dollars were raised at different events...

...but the timeline for reconstruction will stretch over years, not months. Even though the urgency has faded the need hasn't gone away, and there's no reason Toronto can't dig into its pockets to help out some more - at least if a good party is involved.

So, with the noble goal of helping people in mind, we bring you the musical slugfest you've long been itching for (don't deny it…):
