I have only heard a few samples but the new Shpongle album probably has some latin-influenced stuff similar to what you are after.

Also, that Shpongle track off Sasha's "Involver" is pretty cool.

I'd say stuff from the second Shpongle album, Tales Of The Inexpressible. My Head Feels Like A Frisbee and Dorset Perception especially.
