Cubase : Midi to control audio samples?

Is there anyway to control audio samples via midi or paino role in cubase?

Like in FLstudio when you have a audio sample loaded and you control it via the paino role?

You have to use a sampler VST.

If you are trying to do drums, try LM4 or Battery...
