As much as I'm enjoying this so far in terms of ambient music, I'd like there to be a rhythmic element earlier on.
Once the rhythm starts in, though, it's pretty cool.
I dunno, I guess this song wasn't really my style. It seemed kinda boring, really. From a technical aspect, it was pretty nice, but aesthetically, it fell apart, for me.

Thanks mate for your reply, I can see it is pretty hard to get some attention around here.
Well, yeah what I intend with this track, is tell a story with no words, the track is dark as you can tell.
I imagine the listener closing his/her eyes and listen to the introduction and think about the melody, what it really wants to say, I think a track well worked offers slow but solid transitions and that is what I tried to do, the track does not start right off the bat being rhythmic for that reason, still it gets really aggressive as the song passes, by aggressive I meant rhythmic.

Hey PDM, lets check your tune out
Argh, the length of my download is already epic. Dont get me wrong, I love long and epic tunes, but if the file is that big, many may be scared away. I'd suggest you also upload a version with lower bitrate for those who are impatient (okay, I should do that as well).
Great intro pads. Loving the soundtrack-like chord progression. Quite long intro, no prob for me but I think the beat needs to come in faster.
I dont like the hihat-sounds at all. Needs to be a lot crispier, try layering them with another hihat sounds.
The part starting at 7:00 is awesome. Very ambient tune so far all in all. Great melancholic atmosphere, how did you do the pads.
Towards the end it gets really amazing, very nice production there, I'm missing another rather deep layer with some LFO action maybe.
But other than that, its a great track, it has its lengths but awesome ambience. Maybe one of the best atmospheres I've heard in tracks on TA so far. Keep it up!

I'm already thinking of doing a remix of it, a hard trance remix, we'll see how it goes, but for the original,I wanted to create some nice break beats for the intro, but I'm just learning making decent beats for trance, let alone breakbeats which are far more complex.

Thanks very much, well I used EVE VSTi plug in, a free version came with Future Music computer magazine, it is amazing for making pads.
Then I add a pad made with Pro-53 to give more background feel.

Can you elaborate please, I do the sounds and all, but for technical terms I really really suck, what you mean with lfo action?
