mix and remix doesnt have much of a difference, just by what is prefered by the person who writes it.. or what fits the most for instance "Armin van Buuren`s Rising Star Mix" or "Armin van Buuren Remix"

the word rework is just made up of someone who tried to be somewhat original in the writings.. a track is a track and a mix is a remix.. etc.

Mix - Generally used when it is a remix of a track but by the same artist e.g. Armin van Buuren - Shivers (Rising Star Mix), but can also be used if the remix artist uses a long title such as Airwave - Ladyblue (Markus Schulz Coldharbour Mix) or Jeff Wayne - War Of The Worlds (Hybrid's Fire In The Sky Mix)

Remix - Used when the remix in question is done by a seperate artist to the original e.g. Jase From Outta Space - Do What You Want (Infusion Remix)

Rework/Re-Edit - Are used for when a lot of the original tracks elements have been used but have been moved around and some things added to it to create a new version, e.g. all of pvd's edits, same track just added his own bass and kick.

Remake - Usually an older track that has been remixed either by the original producer or sometimes a new producer. Generallly just used to differentiate the fact that the mix/remix is new and not part of the older release.

like something u made yourself

remix - a remix you do of a track

Rework could be both a rework of your own mix or someone else like pvd does lol
