Tascam X-9 Mixer

Anyone used this mixer yet... Just wondering how it handles as compared to the Pioneer DJm 600 and the Newer Denon X-1500. I heard alot of good stuff about this mixer, your feedback would be much appreciated.

Its better then the DJM, just about everything i think now made is better then the DJM. It feels cheap though...plastic cheap knobs. Doesnt compare to the DNX.

x-9 is awesome, but hard to wrap your head around compared to the DN-x1500.

Same here i already have the DJM600, looking to buy the tascam x9 or the Denon Dn-x1500. Just need it for a couple more years and then it's definately the A&H x92 rotary.

I compared both of them and in the end the Denon won, especially since they updated and improved the crossfader lag.

Personally i hate the x-9... I think it feels chunky and tacky, the effects are strange to get a handle of and just all round its not that great... I mean i learned on a DJM-600 and i own a denon so people who know how there all layed out will agree with me on this that the tascam is layed out in a very different (and not a very nice way)... Stick with the denon... Its way better... besides sound quality is a bit of a joke if thats the reason you would pick one over the other...
