faulty track?

when i try burning a track ive got to cd only half the track is getting burnt to cd so its 4mins long but the actual length is 9 mins. Nero only reads it as being 4mins long what going on? it plays fine on my computer i can listen to the full track.

If it's an mp3, try converting it to a wav file before burning it.

it was stupid nero playing up. i downloaded a freeware burning program and it did it fine.
