I'm sure you could remedy the problem for short-term. Releasing this anger requires precision and concentration. Here's some ideas I just thought of at the moment:
1. Get bat, a good cushy pillow[s] (1-2) and some tape.
2. Tape the pillow[s] onto the bat.
3. Find a suitable target (ie: cement wall, tree)
4. Stand poised for a moments , take a deep breath. (5 seconds total)
5. Say a few words of intent, like you mean it as if you hate it: "I must release this anger."
6. Wind up the bat and hit the target, but not with full force, just medium force.
7. Concentrate, be aware of the task. Try to feel yourself pushing the anger out of your heart, arms, hands, fingers, and to the bat.
8. Repeat 4, 6 and 7.
the idea here is to get into a rhythmn and have a focal point to channell your energy. The rhythm is to be as gentle as possible, not raving mad psychotic. It is also meant to divert your anger from thinking of other things that brought the anger level up, rather to focus on releasing the valve.
This idea is a modified type of meditation.
