Strange Night indeed
Well my night did not get off as planned, just as I was getting ready to head down to KoolHaus/Guv my friend Greg relized he could not find his wallet. After tearing my place apart look for it, then went back to his place, and still could not find it. SO he grabbed is old expired drivers license to use as ID, and his Visa bill with the phone number on it to call the credit card company. Then we had to run back to my place to pick up the things we forgot in the rush, by now it was 12:40AM so we grabbed a cab. Used the guestlist line for the first time thanks to John Tang and TA, thank god I had gone on guest list as the line up was huge at that time. Then they did not want to let my friend in with his UofT waterbottle, he finally agreed to leave it outside and pick it up on the way out. Mean while he had spent the entire time in the cab and in the line trying to get his credit card cancelled. Finally got in just after 1AM. IM came on shortly after, and were awesome, much better then the last time I heard them perform at Guvernment. Stuck in Koolhaus most of the night, saw Spam for the first time since destiny49 always good to see ya Spam, PM me your email and I will send you that Photo of you at Destiny I told you about. Christoper Lawrence was good but in my opinion not as good as the when I saw him at Guvernment in December, and we decided to leave around 5am. My friend was relieved to find his water bottle waiting for him outside, we decided to walk back to my place rather then the usual cab home, about 2 blocks north of Guvernment on Jarvis saw this guy passed out on the sidewalk he did not look to good, and even less good when the police arrested him and throw him in the back of a cruiser. Not eactly the night we had planned but we did have fun.
