I will be driving down to South Carolina for business this month, and thought to hold off on cigarette purchases until then, since I've heard they're cheaper down south.


So I was hoping I could get some feedback on where they're cheapest - VA? NC? SC?

Looking to pick up Parliament Lights or Marlboro Lights cartons.
