I logged four hours on the FEAR multiplayer demo yesterday. I don't have much to say about the game... just one word...

Wow.

FEAR owns HL2. It owns D3. It owns BF2. It owns everything. This game is the future of shooters. Period. Absolutely fantastic gameplay, the most impressive graphics engine to date (the volumetric lighting is amazing), and the netcode is rock solid. I love the way that the developers went about incorporating "ninja" moves as well. Slide tackling someone or jumping over a railing and kicking them in the head on the fall is just spectacular.

If you have the hardware to run it, I definitely suggest hitting up FilePlanet and grabbing a copy while you still can. If you're a fan of shooters... I guarantee, this will become your new addiction.
