An ID that has been bugging me for awhile

Ok, I've been wondering what the attached track is for awhile now... It's from a Judge Jules set (essential mix, 07/11/99). However, like many Radio 1 set lists, I think this one has errors in it (following the tracks from the start, this track is labled Toca's Miricle... guh).

So ya, hopefully it is a well known song that I just have never happend to come across... help please!
