Unfortunately if you download stuff with NRG attached to the name, most of the material you will listen too will be next to crap, due to the fact that most people out there arent even close to understanding the meaning of energy. My understanding of it; a set that brings energy to the dance floor that makes people WANT TO DANCE. By doing that I choose songs that not only sound great and are unique but have nice meltdowns with BIG, GRAND EXPLOSIONS. The climax I find is the most important part, making people want to go crazy at that one point in time makes your set that much better. I just personally like it at 148 BPMs, not fast enough for happy hardcore but not slow enough as traditional trance at 140 where you just wanna dance for an hour then sit down; thus bringing the energy to my sets. Also any faster and you might wear out your crowd by the time you reach the middle of your set. Anyways this is just my opinion, so in the end its up to you to decide what you like.

BEAUTIFUL rundown man, and great set too. NRG to me makes you move throughout the whole set with non stop action.

I dont DJ, I have dipped my hands in it once just to mess around with it and did make a set. Its not good though, well not up to my standards. But maybe someday I'll post up my trance mix that is fast paced and energentic.
