was 2pac really religious?

i was listening to 2pac today and he talks a lot about God. things about closing his eyes and letting god write his lyrics, saying god will be back soon and that overall god will save the ghetto someday.

did he really belief in god or was he in some gangsta religion offshoot?

A lot of the rap folk seems to have a background in the church in one form or another

Can't say they are genuine believers but it's in the roots of many it appears

Tupac died and went to hell. End of story. Who cares what he sung about God to make a few dollars, he was never sincere about it as evidenced by his lifestyle.
