I've been thinking about this...we need an events wiki. Obviously TA doesn't support that. But community-based editing seems to work - somehow. See wikipedia. It can be something that anyone can edit, or a delgated group of moderators have rights to edit.
Also, I need to know who will be at Spundae@circus April 15!

I should install wiki software on my webspace. then.. wharla. fixed.
If u look in the Toronto forum, there is the regular forum, then there is a link there to click for all the events, "events listing forum", especially made for events in Toronto, and everyone can post their own thread with each event. And the good thing about that is that the threads get posted in order, according to the date. It's really convinient. Why dont we have that????
Woody, I think u should talk to Swamper to set that up for us too.
Here is a link of the "events listing forum" in Toronto so u could see what I'm talkin about :

sounds like an good interim solution...
But that means the thread poster still is the only one who has rights to edit the first post of each thread...but at least anyone can post en event and it goes in order. Hopefully no spam threads though! Then only the moderator has rights to delete those...

Actually, it's a separate tool that allows people to post events in an specific thread. It's bad ass. It even makes guestlists for you.

Can we get access to that event system they have in the toronto area?
Otherwise probably better to put up a wiki i would imagine.
