People who aren't producers themselves might not be able to point out those really subtle flaws and describe them in the proper terms. So I think that's why mostly producers post replies.

but guess what... when they bang your tracks in the clubs, there will be no producers there, or at least they won't look for subtle flaws... as a matter of fact, the atmosphere will be all that matters.
i was always amazed how producers are like: "how's my track" - and then the others go "change the eqs, make the lead stand out, blablabla". guess what, on the dancefloor nobody will give shit about a lead that doesn't stand out or whatever. if i were a producer, i would never ask opinion about a track from a producer (only about samples, but not about composition and idea), but go to the people who will actually dance to it for their remarks.
