omnitronic mixer

i've been offered an omnitronic mixer for a decent price, i dont know the model, but it has a decent spec
i've never heard of omnitronic before, and a quick search of the forum, as well as google, shows nothing

anyone ever used, or even heard of, omnitronic before?
if so, what are their mixers like?

I've heard of Omitronic, it's a brand from Germany. They do cd-players, mixers, tts, cans, but I've never used their stuff. I think the build quality it's similar to behringer mixers.
