well, i know how to burn mp3s but how do i name them in nero to guarantee that the name will show up perfectly on a Denon CD player (3000).
i recently burned a bunch of sets to play off the denon and it does not read the file names correctly.
so how do i guarantee a perfect burn everytime?

your using a DJ CD player just to play sets?
try making sure your ID3 tags are correct. depending on which library you use, make sure the ID tags are right and they should show up properly on the denon.

i think, no special characters (like ()_+[]@ ) and a filename shorter than 64 characters will guarantee being read on any mp3 system.

well not only for that but since it is hooked up to the big stereo then in makes perfect sense just to have a bunch of sets on CD to listen to, no? can't have a live DJ 24/7.
