WOHOOOOOOO SO EXCITED...Man I miss that city so much, I have to go "recharge my batteries". Just booked my flight/hotel (got a great deal, thank you flight centre) May 2-4 long weekend, Friday May 20 till Monday May 23. I haven't been to NYC since the summer of Sept 11th, never had the time/opportunity till finally now!
Gonna do some mad shopping, see the new Museum of Modern Arts, visit the sights, chillout, and maybe even party

It's more expensive now than what it used to be IMO, couldn't book the 2 hotels I stayed in before cause they were all sold out so I had to go for a better hotel (it's $243CAD/night deal while usually this hotel charges $320USD/night on average). All together (I'm taking my mother with me) it's gonna be 1.5k. I would've stayed at a cheaper/shittier place if I was going alone tho.

I'll be staying at the Affinia Dumont....and yes since Jetsgo wen't under all the flight tickets went up in price and New York is indeed expensive...especially during this time period.
