I guess its my speakers but I dont hear an overmodulated clipping sound
On my headphones it sounds like someone went to all the bass frequencies on an EQ and cranked them up will have to give it a listen at home on my speakers (I'm at work now)

eheh ok I did not do that intentionally.. ill have a check at my EQ
Ah! Finally we can listen
I like the bass and the reverbed synth in the beginning. Good job.
Later on I think the bass is a little too strong as david michael said. I know it sounds different from one speaker to another. Even on my new speakers which were quite expensive I often dont notice clipping at certain frequencies whereas others can.
So back to the bass. It is definately too strong. I like massive basses but this one is clipping and distorting. Turn it down
2:50 is very nice!
I think you might need another percussive element, something to cover the highest frequencies. A little bit noisy driving hihat maybe? Right now you got only the massive distortion noises in the upper frequencies which doesnt sound too good. More upper frequency elements please
Anyway, needs some fixes, but basically a very solid track, keep it up!
