Well If you wana get a program to make all you mp3s the same bpm or same speed what eva... I'd try getting virtual turntables @ http://hops.cs.jhu.edu/~gonzo/carrot then download, install and then you should try to open 1 mp3 at a time before recording make sure you know the BPM of the mp3s and you would like to enter the BPM in the BPM Dialog box in the song, doing the same to each of them would make it easy, then you can easily pitch the songs to get it to the exact BPM you are after then you can record..
