Recreate This Awesome SAW

Hi, Im having trouble recreating this awesome saw in the sample. I cant get that swirling effect.

If anybody has any ideas or can recreat the sample Id be very impressed.

I don't hear any saw there ...
I think it's a noise oscillator 24db lowpass filtered with LOT of resonance move the cutoff i think you will hear this pitch shifting sound. add a distorsion or a n overdrive effect maybe.
