Now here's a release I thought I wouldn't be seeing. Chris Cowie has decided to bring X-Cabs back from the dead after ditching all his other aliases, and teams up with Nicholas Bennison for a rather tasty result.
The original is a deep, subtle affair with lots of yummy pads and synth washes. Nicholas Bennison takes the original's subtleties and beefs up the beats for the dancefloor, where as Chris' own remix is a proper driving piece that he knows how to do so well.
The sound of these two producers fit very well together, and it'll be exciting to see what they'll come up with after this one. I wouldn't be surprised if J00f is all over this one already.

hehe this is with no doubt a belter of a trancer. And so nice to see mr Cowie return with his respectable X-Cabs alias and just shows everyone how great he is as a producer. And he got the guts to put the original version as a breakbeat tune. That is Cowies trademark. Never afraid of pushing the boundaries.
And mr Bennison totally ravages the tune into a dark deep affair.
This is a duo to watch out for in the future.
One of the few tunes I will remember from 2005.

yeah but the difference is that Cowie was 10 years ahead of the bandwagon ;Q
