Ali's (Deep Dish) very first track at the Guv't - Labour of Love

Please, I really need help identifying the very first track that Ali of Deep Dish played. It was a nice beat with a very deep bass and with some girl's vocal in the middle eastern/arabic manner.
I have a short video clip of that track, but the sound quality sucks. Still, if someone ever heard it, he/she would recognize it starting from the 10th second. Please !!!
