Helloo guy's, my little nephew uses the computer and I would like to block adult websites since this is a family computer, do you guys know any effect programs out there that will do the job?

There are lots of commercial applications that can do this. Norton Internet Security has such a feature.

my suggestion would be to not let him online or if he's left alone, use a firewall that supports a full internet lockdown, meaning he wouldn't be able to load anything up at all, and if you disable it, load the pages, and lock it if you feel he's in danger of seeing something wrong

I would suggest supergluing his eyelids shut so he never ever ever never never ever never ever ever never never has to see something bad ever.
