Indian TAs need ur help

Feeling adventurous and want to make my favorite indian dish Chicken Tikka. I looked on the web for receipes and there are so many I'm confused. Need a simple receipe that will taste good.

2/3 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 tablespoon ground coriander (seeds)
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 lb chicken breast, skinned and boned

To garnish:
lemon or lime wedges, lightly fried
1 red onion,diced

1. mix all the ingredients expect the chicken together in a bowl. Cut the chicken into cubes, and drop into the marinade. cover and leave in the refrigerator overnight .

2. Thread the pieces of chicken onto metal or presoaked wooden skewers and cook under a preheated hot grill for 5-6 minutes, turing frequently.

3.the chicken can be left on the skewers or removed and arranged on individual serving plates. Serve garnished with fried lemon or lime wedges and diced red onion.

serve with Gewurztraminer wine

you know i went to an indian resturaunt not too long ago and tried something similar. i had this beef dish that was fantastic! i don't like the bread and stuff though...the cracker thing...not very tastey...

the cracker thing sucks ass! it gives most people gas as well!

its all about the roti, chowpatti, and naan bread.. the soft tortillaish bread.. mmm...
